Holistic Mental Health Evaluation
2 hours. $1000: Includes a thorough traditional and holistic mental health evaluation and comprehensive treatment plan. This service is divided into two (2) sessions. The first session is 1.5 hours fully devoted to a comprehensive assessment. The second session is 30 minutes where Dr. Vallas will share her comprehensive holistic treatment plan.
Holistic Mental Health Management with individual therapy
1 hour. $600: Includes evaluation of current symptoms, review of relevant lab work, management of prescribed medications, naturopathic recommendations, and individual psychotherapy.
Holistic Mental Health Management without individual therapy
30 minutes. $300. Includes evaluation of current symptoms, review of relevant lab work, management of prescribed medications and naturopathic recommendations.

Please note that to provide you with the highest-quality personalized services and to ensure the full confidentiality of your medical records, we do not contract directly with insurance providers. Services are paid for in full at the time of service via credit card or debit card.
If requested, Dr. Vallas is happy to provide you with a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company to seek partial reimbursement for health services rendered.
